You are required to confirm and certify that the placed order information is in accordance to the said valid, true and matches exactly the prescription as provided by your own eye care professional. 

We promote proper eye care and good eye health. We encourage you to receive regular eye examinations by an eye care professional.

Product and Purchases

The products that we provide on this web site are obtained from the major branded contact lenses suppliers. In the face of such condition, we hereby declare that the products we supply to our customers are on a 'as is' basis as per the condition we obtain from the contact lens supplier.  

We reserve the right to limit the quantities that you order. However, we shall take all the necessary actions to ensure that each product that is advertised in this web is available.

Payment

This Site only provides payment via Credit Card. When you have made your payment via any of our payment partner(s), the Company will issue a printable Order Statement. No Product will be shipped to you until full payment is received by the Company. If the Company does not receive full payment from you by the payment due date, the Company shall cancel your order. If you still wish to use our Site to purchase a Product, you must apply again on the Site and make a fresh and new purchases.

Delivery Policy

You shall always ensure that you provide us with your most updated and current personal particulars and information required in your purchases. You shall also ensure that you provide us with your latest and current shipping address. We will ship your purchase to the shipping address specified by you during the process of you making purchases in the Site. We shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of your failure to provide us with such current information as required.  

If you've given us an invalid address or contact number and causing the parcel to be returned to us, you, the buyer will have to pay us the additional shipping to resend the parcel.

We will send out your order within three (3) to five (5) business days after we receive the payment for your order. We may delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical or resources problem.  Forthwith, the delivery time is dependent on the Postal Service or Courier Company appointed.  These postal services and courier company will normally have their online sites providing information on expected arrival date and status of the delivery.

If it so happen that the item(s) you ordered is/are out of stock, we will try our best to contact you before sending out the parcel. However under certain conditions, we may refund to you for the undelivered products. After sending out your parcel, we will update your order record with the shipping details and forthwith inform you the tracking number by your contact email.  

Return Policy

All Products will be shipped to you in the manufacturer standard of sterile packaging sealed vials or in standard box pack in bubbled envelop. Within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of the product, the customer can return the goods delivered provided the vial or box is still unopened and goods are in the standard sterile packaging intact. 

A replacement shall be made for Products return within 10 days from the date of receiving the returned Product by us. Shipping and handling charges are strictly non refundable. You shall be responsible for the cost incurred when returning the Product unless it is evidenced that it is our mistake for sending wrong Product to you .

Refund Policy

Any payment made is strictly non refundable except for excess payment or undelivered Product. An additional of RM 10.00 is charged for each refund or a deduction of 4% for credit card transaction. However, please note that shipping charges is NOT included in the refund.

You can only purchase the contact lenses via www.my-contactlens.com and NOT through any third party or agent or third party website/s purporting to act for us. We shall not recognize and acknowledge any purchases that have purportedly been purchased through any third party or agent or third party website/s and not through the Site or offline unless otherwise expressly authorized by us. We shall not be held responsible or be held accountable to you for any Product that you purchased through any third party or agent or third party website/s purporting to act for us online or offline.
